1. Appointment Booking:

  • Schedule appointments in advance through our online booking system (breondenaeartistry.com) or directly through style seat (http://n.styl.se/WrUwVbnC) 

  • Bookings for weddings will need an additional booking inquiry submission via the website. 

2. Cancellation Policy:

  • Appointments may be cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment via Style Seat. You may reschedule in the same system. 

  • All appointments not canceled through style seat will incur a “NO SHOW” fee. (50% of service cost)

3. Arrival Time:

  • Please arrive on time for scheduled  appointments to ensure a smooth and timely experience.

  • All appointments have a grace period of 10 minutes. Anything over 10 minutes will result in a potential cancellation of your appointment. 

  • Arrive to check in and prepare for their treatments at least 5 mins early.

4. Consultation Procedures:

  • All clients will have a consultation before their treatments, including discussing skincare concerns, preferences, and expectations.

    *Disclose/communicate any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions for personalized service.

5. Hygiene and Safety Practices:

  • Our salon is committed to maintaining high hygiene standards, sanitizing equipment, and follows safety protocols.

6. Pricing and Payment Information:

  • Our salon's pricing for services, add-ons, and packages are on our website.

  • We accept the following payment methods. Cash, Credit cards (all cards must be on file via Style Seat) cash and gratuities.
