1. Appointment Booking:
Schedule appointments in advance through our online booking system (breondenaeartistry.com) or directly through style seat (http://n.styl.se/WrUwVbnC)
Bookings for weddings will need an additional booking inquiry submission via the website.
2. Cancellation Policy:
Appointments may be cancelled within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment via Style Seat. You may reschedule in the same system.
All appointments not canceled through style seat will incur a “NO SHOW” fee. (50% of service cost)
3. Arrival Time:
Please arrive on time for scheduled appointments to ensure a smooth and timely experience.
All appointments have a grace period of 10 minutes. Anything over 10 minutes will result in a potential cancellation of your appointment.
Arrive to check in and prepare for their treatments at least 5 mins early.
4. Consultation Procedures:
All clients will have a consultation before their treatments, including discussing skincare concerns, preferences, and expectations.
